When an all-star chef like Dale Reitzer, a Food & Wine magazine "Best New Chef", is in command, you're in for an extraordinary culinary experience. Chef Reitzer is one of Richmond's most esteemed chefs, who has carved out his niche by turning out inventive and fresh regional American cuisine in a fine dining establishment with a casual, New York-ish vibe. His cuisine focuses primarily on seafood and local, top-quality products with "clean" flavor profiles.

This very special six-course wine pairing dinner will take you on a culinary tour of Virginia's past, present and future.  You'll savor traditional preparations of the bounty of Virginia and then enjoy more contemporary, modern interpretations that demonstrate the evolution of Virginia's cuisine into a more complex, diverse and sophisticated cuisine.

  • You may arrive anytime after 6pm
  • Street parking is free after 6pm; also Acacia-Mid-town offers valet parking
