***Please note that the event schedule below and content on the entire Expo website is for the 2020 Virginia Wine Expo, which was already held March 3-8. Late this summer we will debut all-new content, including the event schedule, in preparation for the 14th Annual Virginia Wine Expo, March 2-7, 2021 in Richmond.
VIRGINIA'S PREMIER DESTINATION WINE & FOOD EXPERIENCE
The 2020 Virginia Wine Expo presented by Publix is a multi-day, immersive and educational craft beverage and culinary experience featuring more than 30 carefully curated events. For six fun-filled days, you'll taste an exceptional variety of brilliant wines, spirits, ciders and high-end craft beers (at the new Ultimate Brew Fest) with Virginia's vintners, distillers, cider-makers and craft brewers, including highly sought-after top-scoring bottlings.
You'll also experience Richmond's vibrant and flourishing culinary scene, savoring delicious cuisine from some of the region's hottest chefs and pitmasters at our signature dinners, lunches, brunches and larger culinary events like SMOKED! and Bounty of Virginia Brunch, both presented by Performance Foodservice.
Most of the signature events will be held at historic Main Street Station, one of Richmond, Virginia's historic crown jewels and an absolutely stunning venue for the Expo's signature experiences.
At the heart of the Expo are the Walk-Around Grand Tastings, where you'll taste hundreds of the finest Virginia wines, spirits and ciders, as well as selections from 2020 International Guest Region Bordeaux and Loire Valley, France and 2020 National Guest Region Washington State. All Virginia wines and most wines from our Guest Regions are sourced from family-owned enterprises with a specific vision for quality wines focused on terroir. In addition, the Grand Tastings will feature artisan specialty food and products.
Most events on the schedule integrate our Guest Region wines to varying degrees. That integration along with the prevalence of Virginia wine and an emphasis on education are the most common themes of this 13th annual event.

How to Buy Tickets and Ticket Packages
Advance tickets for all events and ticket packages are on sale now! Click the red "BUY TICKETS" button at the top right of any page, any ticket icon or highlighted text links throughout the website to link to the ticket page.
- Must be 21 or older for all events, except under 21, including infants and babies, are permitted at the Sunday VIP Walk-Around Grand Tasting Locals Sunday Special (must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 21 or older)
- Tickets are immediately e-mailed to you upon purchase. You may print out the e-ticket or bring it on your phone
- Tickets are available in advance but not necessarily at the door. Ticket availability at the door will be announced in early March at the event and online on the website
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or replacement tickets
- Ticket prices are all-inclusive - no additional charges at the event unless noted
- Most Virginia wines and all Virginia spirts and ciders will be available to purchase and take home at the Walk-Around Grand Tastings. All non-Virginia wines and spirits are not available to purchase per Virginia ABC rules. All craft beers at the Ultimate Brew Fest are not available for sale; they are only available to taste
