Talent

  • Chef Willie Hernandez, graduate of The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, has worked as the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine and several hotels and resorts and as been Executive Chef of restaurants in Maui, Hawaii, Hilton Head and South Carolina and Banquet Chef at one of the premier Country Clubs in Richmond, Virginia.
  • Chef Kyle Midgett found his love for fine foods, music and art at a very early age. He always wanted to be in and around the kitchen, as he was fascinated with learning more about food. He attended the Art Institute of Washington to hone his culinary skills. His career has taken him from Richmond to Virginia Beach to D.C. and currently back to Richmond. He stayed local studying the restaurant game and its players.  He worked in some very prestigious restaurants, hotels, catering establishments and was even a private chef for the governor of Virginia. His passion for the slow cooking techniques that define Southern American cuisines with a dash of heavy French influences is just part of what he brings to the culinary table.
