Exclusive Preview Tour and Tasting at The Kitchens at Reynolds With Chef Jesse Miller

This is a unique opportunity to tour the virtually completed "The Kitchens at Reynolds", a new, state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot facility, which will house the Reynolds Community College Culinary School.

You'll step inside the demo kitchen (a cool 72-seat, tiered teaching kitchen), an onsite greenhouse, the dining room, classrooms and more.  And you'll get all the inside scoop from your tour guide, Chef Jesse Miller, who also happens to be a culinary instructor himself and the Program Head for the entire Reynolds Culinary School.  After the tour, Chef Miller will treat you to a delicious tasting of wine and take your questions.  Please join us!

The Details

Tour Pick-Up and Drop Off Location

  • Both the pick-up and drop-off will happen at the main entrance to Main Street Station (1500 East Main Street), which is where almost all of the Signature Events of the Virginia Wine Expo are held.  Please gather on the front steps in front of the building.
  • We will start boarding the shuttle around 10:45AM, so please feel free to arrive for the tour pick-up at that time
  • Tour leaves at 11:00AM and returns at 12:00PM
  • The bus ride to The Kitchens at Reynolds is very short; the Kitchens is only about 8 blocks away in historic Church Hill

Planning Your Itinerary

General

  • All-inclusive tour and wine tasting
  • You may arrive at the pick-up location any time after 10:30am
  • There is ample street parking around Main Street Station, some of which is free and some that is metered
  • A GRTC Pulse Station is located in front of Main Street Station
  • Bike and scooter racks are available at Main Street Station
