The Virginia Wine Expo is proud to support two remarkable local organizations that embody the spirit of community, sustainability, and generosity — the Virginia Green Travel Alliance (VGT) and Feed More.

Virginia Green Travel Alliance, the charitable beneficiary of the Expo, is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism and hospitality practices across the Commonwealth. For over a decade, the Expo has proudly been a Certified Virginia Green Travel Event, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to recycling, composting, waste reduction, and sustainable materials. Through this partnership, the Expo helps advance VGT’s mission to make Virginia a national leader in green tourism.

Feed More, our community partner, fights hunger and food insecurity across Central Virginia through its network of programs and volunteers. From collecting and distributing fresh, healthy food to serving meals through its Community Kitchen, Feed More nourishes our neighbors in need — and together, we invite you to join the cause.

Throughout the Expo weekend, attendees will have opportunities to donate, volunteer, or contribute food items at featured collection points, reinforcing our shared belief that great wine and goodwill make the perfect pairing.
