SMOKED! kicks off the Expo's biggest weekend with a night of indulgence and laid-back luxury featuring premium whiskeys and wines, an incredible globally inspired smoked-food experience, live music, and both silent and live auctions.

We've refreshed SMOKED! with new whiskeys, wines, and a curated menu of smoked and fire-kissed cuisine inspired by flavors from around the world.

Here's what you'll enjoy at the sleek steel and glass Dewey Gottwald Center:

• Taste well over 100 premium beverages, including 70+ whiskeys, other barrel-aged spirits, wines, mead, and non-alcoholic beverages

Just a taste of what awaits: smoked pastrami, turkey, and prime rib carving stations, Texas smoked sausage, BBQ ribs, smoked prosciutto-wrapped stuffed rabbit, smoked baba ghanoush, pibil and birria tacos, wood-fired pizza, seared ahi tuna, smoked ceviche, Sichuan crispy pork belly, Sichuan smoked tofu skins, smoked huitlacoche quesadillas, smoked curry-glazed cauliflower, smoked cheddar mac & cheese, smoked brisket chili, collards/green beans, wood-fired goat cheese-stuffed dates, smoked gulab jamun, and SO MUCH MORE. One thing we can promise: you won't leave hungry! 

Important: This is an event for those 21+ ONLY. *Tastings end ten minutes before the event concludes; However, some of those tables will still remain open only for closed bottle sales if they are a Virginia distillery. This is an all-inclusive event. Do note that there are three ticket options for this event.
