Long cherished for its magnificent chateaux, the Loire River also exhibits a remarkable panorama of soils that lead to an amazing diversity of fine wines. The Sauvignon Blancs and Chenin Blancs found here are the worldwide benchmark for quality for these two grapes. Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir from this region are also delicious treats. During the seminar, we will also explore seafood-friendly Muscadet, sparkling wine, sweet wine and rose.
