SMOKED! kicks off the Expo's biggest weekend with a night of indulgence and laid-back luxury featuring an incredible globally inspired smoked-food experience, live music, and both silent and live auctions.

This ticket includes dozens of artisan smoked dishes inspired by culinary traditions from around the world.  There will also be a table with non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, wine and more. This ticket excludes tastings of all alcoholic beverages and prohibits the purchase of spirits or any other alcoholic beverage for on-premise consumption or to take home.

We've refreshed SMOKED! with a new curated menu of smoked and fire-kissed cuisine inspired by flavors from around the world.

Here's what you'll enjoy at the sleek steel and glass Dewey Gottwald Center:

• Taste delicious mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages
• Savor an expanded menu of globally inspired cuisine featuring slow-smoked, open-flamed, and fire-grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian dishes

• Coat check and artisanal water will be provided
• Seating and tables throughout Dewey Gottwald
